Pre-
Requisites for Trainees
- Age Group : 18 to 45 years
Basic Education: Not compulsory but desirable
Selection : Candidates sponsored by Andhra Bank and Other Banks
Candidates Sponsored by Govt. Organizations i.e. DRDA, NABARD, - Candidates will be selected during awareness camps conducted by the institute
- Candidates Sponsored by NGOs
- Candidates recommended by Ex-trainees
- Candidates identified during field visits
Applications will also be collected from the candidate either in person or by post.
Follow-up
& Escort Services
Institute will follow up with the trainees for a period of 2 years after completion of training for establishing the unit. Incase of any additional skill development is required, the institute will provide training in the respective activity, which helps them in getting additional income
Feedback / Reports Rehabilitation is 70% - 75%. Trainees are
earning their livelihood with the help of the training they have undergone at
the institute by wage employment and with self employment by establishing their
units on their own and with bank finance Prospective beneficiaries for bank
finance have been selected in the institute before they leave the campus after
training.
